What is it like to live in Lagos? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It’s a busy city more likely for business and a little leisure I’d say, don’t get it wrong there are many beautiful places for your gateways weekend without the noise and hassle which is in the island areas.
Night club is expensively rich and fun too. Beach is fun as their are many to choose

What is the student lifestyle like in Lagos?

stressful from traffic to hassle from populations and police but can only experience more as a male than the latter

How much does it cost to live in Lagos?

It’s quite inexpensive to live in Lagos but due to the minimum wage it can be expensive for others. There are apartments which are $500 per annum (mainland)
But some are as low as $3000 per annual in the island

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Lagos? Is there any advice you can give?

Not really difficult if you have the money to get somewhere or the type of house you want

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Foods are great and cheap
Favourite is Nigeria Jellof rice

What places would you recommend visiting in Lagos?

Victoria island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Nike’s Art gallery, The longes canopy walk in Africa , Oniru beach, Actican beach, whispering palm resort etc

Is it good to eat out in Lagos? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It’s very great to eat out as it gives you opportunity to try different dishes of your choice, favourite are many but I can give you MrP, Spur restaurant, Raphsody etc

Is the nightlife good in Lagos? Where is good to go?

It’s great but can enjoy it better in Lekki

What advice would you give future students heading to Lagos?

Well if going for public schools then you have to be prepared phycologically to handle plethora of stresses but all the way you’ll get a good education for private not sure there are things to be worried of apart from the traffic in/out of school and electricity inefficieny
