Base on my estimate on decent middle class family standard. I would like you to imagine base on the scenario described below

- Rent a room in city centre
- 3 meals a day ( dining out )
- Drives a 2nd hand car
- Petrol + car maintenance &
service fee + toll fee
- Monthly disposable utility
expenses
- Basic lifestyle entertainment
expenses outing for a single
(twice a month)

Cost : RM 3000.00 (approx)

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Kuala Lumpur? Is there any advice you can give?

Rental maybe on the high side for choices of listing area right in the city. Possible to get a cheaper rental if location is more towards the suburbs. But cost of transport may increase & the city seems to be always jam. Expect to delay travelling duration & public transport is very much unrealiable.

Wide range. Like I said before. 3 major races. Quite eady to find food. May consider very easy to find "HALAL" food due to the status of a Muslim Country.
