Students are everywhere, thera are many places for them to eat, reat, spend free time.
How much does it cost to live in Krakow?
Life in Krakow does not have to be expensive, you can afford the living and enyojng yourself
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Krakow? Is there any advice you can give?
There are many flats to rent. You can use the web sites to look for it: www.tablica.pl or www.gumtree.pl
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Polish food is a little heavy but there are many salad bars or vege bars where you can eat as well. Thera are many international restaurants and bars. The cheapest ones are called: BAR MLECZNY or BAR ŻACZEK, you can buy soups, dumpling, spagettis, etc.
What places would you recommend visiting in Krakow?
OLD TOWN, KAzimerz district is a must. But there are many beautifull valleys around Cracow, you can reach them in 1 hour or less from the centre of the city,
Many green areas like: Lasek Wolski, Błonia, Wisła side - all arould is beautiful to walk and to relax
Is it good to eat out in Krakow? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
There are lot of spots, my favourite ones is Trattoria Pergamin, Trzy Papryczki, Mamma Mia but also thera are many small and cheap spots like Turkish Kebab or "U Szwagra" - fast food but a good one.
Is the nightlife good in Krakow? Where is good to go?
Night life is focused in the old town and Kazimierz (the jewish part)
What advice would you give future students heading to Krakow?
Come to Krakow any time, you will have a great experience visiting it and meet nice people here.
