Why did you choose to go to Krakow, Poland?
actually i'm half polish so i decided to discover my roots
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
i was only there for an internship to validate my second year in a business school. i'aint got no money and had to prepare my trip by putting money aside. But money in Poland is not a problem, you can go to the restaurant and take a meal with drinks for 5 or 6 euros.
What is the student lifestyle like in Krakow?
party ! party ! party !
Would you recommend the city and the University of Krakow to other students?
hell yeah !!!
What is the food like?
delicious and very consistant. i recommend fried pierogis from the milk bar in ulica tomasza and kluski na parze
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Krakow?
yes i contacted an agency but i payed only 200 hundred euros and get a wonderfull appart in the city center in 3 days
How much does it cost to live in Krakow?
It depend if you are a partier or not but you can count 600-700 hundred euros if you are living alone, going every noon at the restaurant and party three times a week. but be careful you have to know the cheaper places.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Polish is really hard but the good point is that almost everybody speak english in Krakow.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Krakow from your city?
the easiest one is by flight but you can find cheaper way like bus (polskibus)
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Krakow?
prozak, Frantic, cien, shine coco, diva for the nightclubs and banja luka, pjania, alchemia, coyote, for the pubs
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Krakow?

What good cultural sites are there to visit?
so much ! the Rynek, la halle au drap, all the church, the salt mine, the lake in the south of Krakow is wonderfull, Wawel castle etc... in fact, the city herself is a museum.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Krakow in the future?
nie dzienkuje ! it means no thank you, it's what you have to say to all the people who want to give you flyers. There's a lot of them and in a long time it become annoying.
