Why did you choose to go to Krakow, Poland?
I like friendly people of Krakow.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
The scholarship is oriented for 1 summer semester and I don't want to say the money which I recieve, it is personal.
What is the student lifestyle like in Krakow?
I don't know.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Krakow to other students?
Yes because of funny and hostage atmosphera and I like it very much.
What is the food like?
To be honest I don't like Polish foods but I cook myself here.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Krakow?
Yes it costs me 200 zl to find accomodation in Krakow.
How much does it cost to live in Krakow?
Approximately 1000zl a month. I mean, with the cost of accomodation.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Yes there are so many courses on Polish and foreign languages but I don't really want to learn Polish cause people know english and there is no use of learning Polish.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Krakow from your city?
I don't know because I live in Krakow...
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Krakow?
Maybe in some clubs... Shaker or the point are the best ones.
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Krakow?
I don't know in reality I don't like to go to restaurants and I have never been there.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
Wawel castle, the city centre, main square, some churches...
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Krakow in the future?
Be careful, don't give your debit card to anybody, be active in classes, try to be self confidence!
