Why did you choose to go to Krakow, Poland?

The location played an important factor behind my decision.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I´ve spent in Krakow approximately 4 months and received from my university around 600 € (maybe more or less, I am not sure). I did not get into the dormitory so huge amount went only to the accomodation costs.

What is the student lifestyle like in Krakow?

Very active student life. Everyday was some party, cultural/sport etc actions.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Krakow to other students?

Of course, the city and especially the university is beutiful.

What is the food like?

For me not so rich in multifarious.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Krakow?

No, a went through several advertisemnt and found several of them. The only problem waas the language barrier as some of the people did not speak english.

How much does it cost to live in Krakow?

flat accomodation represented the biggest money spending.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

At the beggining, the courses orientation was kind of difficult as it represented different system to which I was used to.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Krakow from your city?

By bus

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Krakow?

Kazimierz or some places on Rynek Glowny

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Krakow?

Not especially

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Of course Zakopanie or oswiencin
