It is no big problem to find accomodation. There is a lot of dormitories, lot of hostels and a lot of flats because of size of the city.

Traditonal slovak food like for example- Bryndzové halušky, but a lot of fast foods here, oriental cuisine and you can find almost everything from gastronomy
