Kilis Tava
Kilis Tava, a local dish can be eaten at Ugur Kasabı.
It is made of ground beef and vegetables like onions, potatoes, eggplant, green, red peppers, and garlic. I really like it.
Ugur Kasabı is actually a meat shop but it is a tradition in Kilis that butchers also cook the dishes for customers. Kilis Tava, among other local dishes, I can say that the best dish I have ever eaten.
