What is it like to live in Kaunas? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Kaunas is like most of the European cities, with their own historical background. People follow those trends that are popular in the whole world. Lithuanians are very nice people.

If you choose to live in the centre of Kaunas, you won't need to take public transport. Hotels offer a good service and have the best WiFi connection.

Security on the streets is excellent since there are cameras everywhere. In the daytime, you may fancy a walk along the centre to the end of the old city and get some cold cola at the confluence of rivers Neman (Nemunas in Lithuanian) and Neris.
