Jaén is a very good place to live in because it's a very cheap and comfortable city, but it lacks a bit more of life.
How is the student atmosphere in Jaén?
In Jaén the student atmosphere is pretty good, but on weekends most of students return to their towns and villages.
How much does it cost to live in Jaén?
Almost nothing because rents are about 150€ or even less, and quality is pretty good.
Was it difficult to find accommodation in Jaén? Can you give any piece of advice?
It isn't difficult. There are many webpages for renting flats.
How is the national food? What are your favourite dishes?
Food is great. I can't decide on one only.
What places do you recommend to visit in Jaén?
The old quarter and the castle.

Bars in the city centre, above all 'El Abuelo'.

'Kharma' or 'Mambo'.
Is there any piece of advice you want to give to future students coming to Jaén?
It isn't a big city neither it has lots of leisure, but you can live there good and cheaply.
