Our next trip by bus lead us through high and arid mountains. In the valley, white houses were crammed together ...

The mall gave us a nice perspective with the clear sky in the background!

Having arrived at the sea, two rows of palm trees gave me the opportunity of this perfect shot!

Driving through the mountains again, we could overlook the whole region, and the contrast between green and blue is typical of this region - as well as of our planet!

At Erice, we encountered greyish houses and narrow streets leading up to the main attraction - the castle!

A small church we passed had the unusual colour of roses which I formerly only knew of baroque palaces!

However, we went up to the castle ... stay tuned!
