What is the student lifestyle like in Irakleion?

Well it's okey,students here leave in companie,they prefer to share everything with eachother even the maths some of them,they go out in small groups they make,the life here it not so expencieve because they get support from the school,I think if someone comes here gains a new society because greek people are very generous and very friendly,you'll be fine here and you will enjoy your styding here

How much does it cost to live in Irakleion?

Well to rent a house by your self costs for one person from 150-300 maximum but if you are looking for more benefits of course you pay more

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Irakleion? Is there any advice you can give?

No at all.You come here and you find imediantly,grrek people is an old population,there are not often new born so you are lucky because they pray to find someone to rent their houses because they are not so much young people here

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Oh,full of different choises,everything it made in olive oil so be careful to not get fat as you easly get fat because it everything good here you eat,the Crete products everything by it's self and there it nt expencieve to buy food here

What places would you recommend visiting in Irakleion?

So,I recommend,Knossos I like it very much,Amudharait's beautiful too,the castle in the gouli,the museum to the PLATIA ELEYTHERIA,but there are more...

Is it good to eat out in Irakleion? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

So at the restorant LIGO KRASI LIGO THALASA,OR IN THE NEXT NEAR THERE they are such good restorants to eat fresh fish and more fresh food and topical wine from Crete..Or PETOUSI is a famous center to eat meat in the fire...

Is the nightlife good in Irakleion? Where is good to go?

Everywhere,there is a center for youth near to the big fossil museum,you stay all night and enjoy..

What advice would you give future students heading to Irakleion?

To be themselfs,to not be afraid to travel because greek people it's a very kind,generous and helful people...
