It depends what part of the city you are in. Hamburg is cheaper than Paris or Ireland but is comparable with the Netherlands.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Hamburg? Any advice for other students?
Yes, it's difficult. Demand is higher than availability.
Where should you definitely visit in Hamburg?
The harbour/the Elbe and the Alster, the city centre, parks such as "Planten und Blohm" or the city park, HafenCity and, for those who like churches -the Michel, as local call it.
Can you eat out well in Hamburg? Where are your favourites?
Yes.
Is this nightlife good? Where is best to go out?
Very good!
