Starting from Thursday night you’ll find many student parties, especially on the Reeperbahn.

How much does it cost to live in Hamburg?

Hamburg is quite expensive so I would recommend to live in a shared apartment.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Hamburg? Is there any advice you can give?

Since Hamburg is a very popular city to live in it takes some time to find an accommodation. Start early enough and use apps such an “WG gesucht”. You might as well want to join several Facebook groups to find an apartment.

The north and west of Hamburg is quite expensive and the south and east are more affordable.

Reeperbahn and Schanze. On the Reeperbahn you’ll find more clubs and on the Schanze more restaurants and bars.
