What is it like to live in Grenoble? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

It's an interesting city with lively people, easy to move around the city. I have never seen any movie cinemas as we have in other malls around the world. No partying, and fewer entertainment activities unless you organize it by yourself.

What is the student lifestyle like in Grenoble?

Grenoble is known to be a city for international students especially my school, GEM. It's a great place to study.

How much does it cost to live in Grenoble?

It's the cheapest place in France as far as I am concerned.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Grenoble? Is there any advice you can give?

Not at all.

What is the food like? What are your favorite dishes?

Tarcus is a Mexican dish but very common in Grenoble and its my favourite dish now. Besides, foods are very cheap here.

What places would you recommend visiting in Grenoble?

Carrefour shops, Grand place.

Is it good to eat out in Grenoble? Can you tell us your favorite spots?

I'm not eating out person and since I do cook on my own, I am unable to suggest such places.

Is the nightlife good in Grenoble? Where is good to go?

I don't go out at night maybe, partly because am only four weeks here in Grenoble.

What advice would you give future students heading to Grenoble?

Grenoble is a great place to study and you will love your stay at all cost.
