Why did you choose to go to Grenoble, France?

I studied in Grenoble for a month as a part of my university degree

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It was for 4 weeks, my fees were part paid for

What is the student lifestyle like in Grenoble?

There are a lot of students in Grenoble

Would you recommend the city and the University of Grenoble to other students?

Yes, just be careful of the buses, they stop early which results in the need for a taxi which is expensive

What is the food like?

Good but quite expensive

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Grenoble?

I stayed in the residence Houille Blanche

How much does it cost to live in Grenoble?

I spent almost 1000 euros in one month so quite expensive

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yes, there are many courses available

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Grenoble from your city?

I flew from Dublin to Lyon and then got the bus to Grenoble

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Grenoble?

London Pub

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Grenoble?

The main square has many nice restaurants, especially Hippopotamus

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Definitely visit Annecy, its beautiful. I also went up to the top of Mont Blanc
