Why did you choose to go to Gothenburg, Sweden?

Gothenburg is the only city in Sweden, which works on sustainable development of the society. This is the city of Volvo, rich culture and most friendly people where you are always surrounded by them. The city is very rich in museum, and the largest theme park in this Nordic region namely Liseberg. The well-connected transportation system through bus, tram and train. I call the city as "Pure combination of technology, culture and nature".

Would you recommend the city and the University of Gothenburg to other students?

It is highly recommended to study in the University of Gothenburg and academically very rich faculties as well as one of the oldest universities in this region. I recommend to come to Gothenburg to experience the city and modern life with ancient and calmness of the city.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Gothenburg?

Accommodation is one of the biggest challenges in Gothenburg. It is advisable to search the accommodation ling before you plan to come here.

How much does it cost to live in Gothenburg?

The most expensive part of life in Gothenburg is the housing cost. If single, it is manageable, but with family, it will be difficult.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Among all the Nordic languages, Swedish is the easiest one what I feel. Language courses are available in university and outside of the university through different language schools and most of those are free.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Gothenburg from your city?

The most convenient and cheapest way to travel around Gothenburg is to purchase monthly travel card based on the necessity of the individual.
