Strictly from research on the internet. My mother's parents hailed from Sweden and my mother would recite phrases in their native tongue and cook inherited recipes. Not surprising with the last name of Bergstrom. I've been intrigued ever since but it was the education coordinator of Caster that reignited my interest in their program, Sweden and the Nordic countries of my heritage.
