I was curios about living in the north

What is the student lifestyle like in Gothenburg?
The student lifestyle is ok. There are many discounts for students
Would you recommend the city and the University of Gothenburg to other students?
My personal experience at the Academy of Music is very satisfying
What is the food like?

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Gothenburg?
Yes it did cost to me. I was so lucky but I know it's really difficult to find a room
How much does it cost to live in Gothenburg?
Pretty much for a student
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
I didn't look for language course at the University since I'm doing an on-line course. Swedish language is not easy to understand and to learn
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Gothenburg from your city?
By plane, with Ryanair but from November to March there are no planes from Gothenburg to my city
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Gothenburg?
Maybe to Nefertiti Jazz Club or to Pustervik (rock music).
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Gothenburg?
There is a pretty cheap vegetarian buffet in front of the Brunnsparken bus stop, close to the exit of the Nordstan mall
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
The museum of modern art is a good place to visit and the ticket is only 40 sek
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Gothenburg in the future?
Bring warm clothes :)
