To get a good health is not enough. We shall have to maintain it and improve it. Physical exercise is one of the factors for improving our health. Hence, physical exercise is necessary for every person.

Physical exercise is really essential at any age, if you ask me and I think every human being and other creatures will agree with me. It helps us be healthier and happier with energy and strength. Exercise improves our mood. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave us feeling happier and more relaxed. Regular physical activity can even help prevent depression.

Secondly, Exercise combats chronic diseases. Regular physical activity can help us prevent — or manage — high blood pressure. Then, exercise helps people manage their weight. It’s clear. Some people are overweight. And they want to be in a good shape. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. And the body becomes thinner. Exercise boosts your energy level. In fact, regular physical activity helps our entire cardiovascular system — the circulation of blood through our heart and blood vessels — work more efficiently. When our heart and lungs work more efficiently, we'll have more energy to do the things we enjoy. Exercise promotes better sleep. A good night's sleep can improve our concentration and mood. physical activity is sometimes the key to better sleep. Regular physical activity can help us fall asleep faster and deepen. So, physical exercise is necessary for everyone of every age. Besides physical activity isn’t drudgery. So people who exercise regularly get pleasure and energy and health!

So, considering all these arguments, I decided to exercise. Why? Well, perhaps for all the reasons above. I wanted to feel energy, get thinner, be healthier. It was summer and what would be a better place than Mariamjvari, where all my cousins were at that time, enjoying summer.

My training was scheduled like this: in the morning something like at seven o'clock, I would get up, get ready and go jogging. My cousin is a very active and energetic girl, so she decided to jog with me in the mornings and then her sister liked the idea too. And so there was the three of us jogging in the mornings in the village.

Well, there was a certain time, when you should go out for jogging, because if you missed it, you would find yourself in a rather bad situation. There would be big dogs everywhere and cows and it was dangerous to jog at that time.

One morning something hilarious happened to me. I still laugh when I remember it, because it was something like I've seen in cartoons or movies. I and my two cousins went out for jogging and when we reached the destination and it was time to jog back to our house, we met our neughbours, they were collecting water, as the water system is not constructed in Mariamjvari yet. We said hello, and talked a little. Then it was time to come back. We started jogging and as there were many stones there, I don't know how it happened that I didn't see one of them and slipped and fell down. This falling down process was so funny and weird, that I saw my cousin staring at me shocked. And the other one, who was closer to me just grabbed me and wanted to see if I was hurt. Well, I was injured a little, if you want to know the truth, but it didn't hurt right then. I know that it takes some time until it really hurts and you feel pain.
