Kafeinn

Hello, guys! Today I would like to share our experience and to give a review about a place which we have visited yesterday. Yesterday with my friend from the United States of America decided to go to any coffee place and to have a talk with a cup of coffee. I remembered that Kafeinn coffee place opened some time ago and decided to give it a try.

Our experience and review

Interior

During our very first visit, I liked the interior so much. It looked comfortable, warm, new and modern, even if the area of the Kafeinn is not very big. Inside you can also find sweets and little cake selection. If you want to order the sweets, there is self service. For the interior, I give 7 points out of 10.

Prices and the menu

To begin with, the prices were too high for the coffee. The selection from the menu is also not so big, but there are interesting selections of coffee. Something like shots of coffee, I wonder about that. To evaluate these prices I give 6 points out of 10.

Service

To tell the truth, I liked the behaviour of the waiters but I did not like the services. My friend had ordered Latte coffee and I have ordered Cortado coffee. The first impression was not good because the coffee cups were too small compared to the price. Also, both of our coffees were just little warm. It seemed like that after two minutes they will be cold already. Next time if I go to this coffee place, I will ask to change the coffee if it will be in the same condition.

Nevertheless, there was one strange thing I have noticed after paying the bill. I have noticed that price on the menu and the check is different. The real price of Corado coffee was 7. 5 Turkish Lira, but in the check, it was written 8 Turkish Lira. I wanted to find out why but my friend told to be easy and leave like it is. By the way, it was the same situation for him. I wonder if they are doing with all the people or just with foreigners? Next time I am going to find out this.

To summarise, our visit and experience was not so good as expected for the newly opened place. I am giving 3 points out of 10 for the services. Do not forget, that this is my experience and review. It means that your experience can be totally different.
