It's a small handy city to live in, you can go anywhere walking and there is great night life. It's perfect for students and new businesses opportunities.
What is the student lifestyle like in Dublin?
Very relaxed, lots of cultures and places to go around the city.
How much does it cost to live in Dublin?
It's very expensive, but there is hacks that can make it cheaper once you get to know it.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Dublin? Is there any advice you can give?
It's difficult if you want to find cheap accommodation in nice areas of the city. But if you are willing to pay extra money its easy!
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Lots of variety & student deals around. Favorite dishes are probably Japanese Thai restaurants and burritos (low budget for students).
What places would you recommend visiting in Dublin?
Phoenix park (zoo), new areas of the city around Ringsend, Dublin castle, go to the beach (Malahide).
Is it good to eat out in Dublin? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
Boujum (burrito bar), Havana tapas bar, Crack bird, Duck, Jo Burger, Pygmalion, Wagamamas.
Is the nightlife good in Dublin? Where is good to go?
Great! Lots of DJ's and events... Opium rooms (DJ's), Pygmalion, Workmans, Grand social, Whelans (bands).
What advice would you give future students heading to Dublin?
To be willing to meet new people and cultures and be aware of the weather (it is not the nicest but not the worst), you will get use to it!
