Why did you choose to go to Dublin, Ireland?

Part of program. No choice.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

1 Semester.

What is the student lifestyle like in Dublin?

Pub crawls, nature walks.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Dublin to other students?

There are problems but the Irish folk are the best. As for Ireland you are either going to love it or hate.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Dublin?

Accommodation is expensive and hard to find for short term! Most people do not want to rent to students and student accommodation is expensive. It took a couple of months to find suitable accommodations.

How much does it cost to live in Dublin?

Housing, heating, electric are expensive. Try to get something that is all inclusive. Decent meals are from 6-12 Euros. Get a Leap card to travel on the bus, luas and rail. It really saves you money. The student card saves the most.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Language course for English and Irish available.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Dublin in the future?

Beautiful city in good weather. Make sure and take a trip to the mountains and surrounding cities. Good weather is rare so keep checking the forecast and plan your sightseeing trips around that.
