How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

2 years as my programme. I dont recieve enough as to cover my costs

What is the student lifestyle like in Debrecen?

Not so interesting. Very few hungarians speak english

Would you recommend the city and the University of Debrecen to other students?

Not really, Budapest is perfect

What is the food like?

Normal

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Debrecen?

No the university arranges everything its quite easy to find accommodation

How much does it cost to live in Debrecen?

Around 400 with all costs included

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The language is hard. Yes the university provides language courses that are good as Ive heard

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Debrecen?

Not really. It depends on the preferences but it doesnt have a good night life l. It cant be considered a night life place

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Debrecen in the future?

Try going to Budapest
