Torrijas

A dessert I usually do a lot is Torrijas! Do you know the easy method to make them?

My mother taught me to make them with bread from other days, already going to throw as hard as it is. Cut it into slices fat and prepare 3 plates, one with beaten eggs, milk and another one with sugar. Get the pan ready with a good volume of hot oil.

And in this order: wet, wet, wrapped and fried. Then put on a plate with a napkin to absorb the oil.
