Poland - Oscypek

The Polish oscypek is a cheese made of sheep's milk which is added to cow's milk. The mountaineers say that you need at least 40% of cow's milk for manufacturing.

How cool is this cheese when is eaten in the mountain and when you move up or break. When I chewed it a little music sounds with my teeth... as a; wiki wiki wiki.

It has several forms and are decorated with rustic motifs.

The oscypek is generally smoked but can also be natural.

The earliest reference to the production of this cheese dates back to the XV century, in the Tatra Mountains.
