FranKy Kitchen - Filled Peppers

Near the end of my Erasmus I met with my Korean floor-mates, Lee and Haena, for a Spanish-Korean lunch. The guy had insisted a few days on eating together and it was a bit tiring but I actually liked the idea and met on Thursday for the lunchtime.

Anyway, we had arranged a fast trip to Bremen on the same day for a visit of a solar project, to return at the mid-day, but we missed the train.

The fact is that we didn't get home at 14. 00, but at 17. 00 and they were waiting for me. The Korean food was in Stand-By and the worst, my girlfriend was angry...

I had to think fast... what do we have?

Onions, mushrooms, bacon, grapefruit and colourful pepper. Mixed it all!

We sliced the peppers in half, we made the bacon with the vegetables in a pan and a mess was the stuffed peppers. We put the grapefruit juice in the microwave and all the other things in the oven. 20 minutes and the food was ready! We poured the juice over and eat!

Koreans were starving... but yes, I prefer FranKy's kitchen than Korean's one.
