Córdoba - Flamenquín

As I said in; Onda Erasmus;, I'll send a tapper with salmorejo & flamenquín to the bosses hehe. But separately!

But to write the recipes is not useful. That's what Google and Youtube do. I'll put curiosities of every meal and, for example, where its name is coming from... I do not know. And I will think more about it.

The first Flamenquín. Or, as Roberto said, flamenquito.

Flamenquín is a typical meal from Cordoba. It's named like this because of its color, blond like flamingoes arrived to accompany the Emperor Charles V (color given by the batter with beaten egg. )

Better when it's longer.
