To do in Plzen

Plzen isn't a big city as Paris or Prague to compare but the advantage is that you can meet people very easily!

The city is very well deserved by bus or trams and if you've planned on going out at night no problem! After midnight buses take over form the trams. (you can also call for a cab, there are a lots in the city center)

Everything is in the city center : bars, restaurants, mall (Plzen Plaza), a lot of shops et services, and all the touristic activities.

The zoo/Dino park/ botanical garden are wonderful going out for the sunny days. You can also go to the ice rink (it's a little further but accessible by trams and bus), the stadium, the movie theater in the mall or the bowling. On the main place, there is the Saint-Barthélémy's cathédrale with the highest tower of the entire Czech republic. You should definitely admire the view of the city there.

Life is not expensive in Czech republic. A beer in a bar is around 1,50€. I advise you to try the Kozel or the Pilsner Urquell.
