Risotto with Tuna and Lemon
Hello everybody!
Tonight, I am going to teach you the recipe of a delicious dish: risotto with tuna and lemon, which I really recommend you try.
Ingredients to serve 4 people.
2 litres of water
320 g of basmati rice
150 ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
60g of butter
Two cans of tuna in olive oil
50g of grated Grana Padano cheese
5 lemons
1 garlic clove
Salt and Sicilian lemon juice
Instructions:
Wash the lemons, peel them and cut them into strips. Secondly, put the slices into a bowl with 500ml of cold water, added a decent pinch of salt, and let them soak for around 30 minutes. Then, put 1. 5 litres of water into a saucepan to boil. Take out the lemon slices and wash them with normal water, put them in the boiling water and turn on the heat.
Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until it softens. Add the rice and leave it to cook. Pour a ladle of the lemon soup and cook it until it has been absorbed. Repeat until the rice is completely cooked. Take the pan off the heat and add the butter and the grated Grana Padano. Mix and season to taste.
Serve the risotto, along with the two cans of tuna.
Mix well and soak it completely with the Sicilian lemon juice.
And voila! Your risotto with tuna and lemon is ready.
Bon appetite! See you for the next recipe!
