Cuisines and Italy

When we say Italian cuisines no need to say more words since everyone knows the importance of it. The history of the Italian cuisines goes to ancient past. It is very famous for pasta, pizza, lasagne, cheese etc. my origins run to south Asian country. So, I am used to eat lot of spicy foods. When I came to live permanently in an European countries I could experience the different taste of food. Even though I have experienced lot of new cuisines and meals while I was travelling to Asian countries and other European countries, it was a totally different experience for me to get use to Italian foods. But I must say that I love Italian foods.

According to my opinion Italian foods are healthier and contains with lot of nutrition values. Even though I eat lot of Italian foods without spices they were so delicious. Unfortunately, after three years of staying in Italy I used to Italian foods and now I cannot eat lot of spicy foods without falling tears. Now trying new restaurants and typical Italian foods is one of my best hobbies.

First, I was not a huge fan of cheese, milk, potato, fish and tomatoes. But now I love these products and I love to cook meals with these products, specially I used to eat tomatoes as fruited in the evening with little bit of salt.

Most of the Italian eat salads, fruits and mozzarella during the summer season and they eat lot of meat during the winter season. It is good approach to eat and also to keep your body in healthy way as well as with a good shape. According to my opinion as south Asians eat lot of rice with little bit of vegetables and meat. So, it is one of the main reasons to have out of figure and pressure and cholesterol.

Among the Italian recipes I love to eat pasta with pesto Genovese, pasta Bolognese, lasagne and tortellini. You should try these dishes if you visit Italy. If you are pizza lover then go to Napoli and enjoy the best Italian pizza.
