The introduction

Hello everyone, I hope, that you are all doing just fine!

Well, I just wanted to express my feelings and opinions about things that I had seen and I just wanted all my taken photos and stuff to be on my blogs, so that people would see them and, what’s more important, I would see them from time to time and I would remember all those moments at once, or, if I didn’t remember them, then I would read some things written in that article of mine about those photos and then I would remember them.

It would be just a great opportunity for me and my photographs to be on internet and, what’s more, serve some purpose, you know, and don’t be just there for the show or something like that, because in that case, I would just upload them on Facebook or some social network site, like Instagram or whatsoever, so that people would see them and Like them or something like that and they would be there just for show and nothing more, really. That’s how people do it and that’s how I did it, too, I mean, I would take some good photos that I liked and I wanted to share it with other people, too, so that they would see it and Like it and I would be happy that they liked it, because otherwise those pictures would be just a waste, because no one would see them except for me, I guess, so that’s really a good thing to have some photos uploaded somewhere , where other people can see them. I’ve been registered on some websites, where you can upload your own photos, I mean, you can take pictures and upload them, or remake them and upload them, etc, and then other people see them and there’s this one website, where you can upload your photos and  there are people who see them and they may actually buy those stuff, you know. that’s pretty cool, if you ask me. And don’t tell me , that it’s not true and people wouldn’t buy anything from there, because last year I got this e-mail, telling me , that I got some dollars for my photo and , at first , I didn’t really get what was going on, however, then , when I checked my account, I realized , that one of my paintings’ photos had been sold and I got my share. That was really exciting. You know, I had this guitar painted and I took a photo of it, moreover, I had it scanned and uploaded on this website and they liked it and bought a framed picture of it. well, actually, they bought two of them, if you want to know the truth. That was something really unusual and new to me and I got this motivation or something like that to upload even more photos there on that website.

Writing my recipes

Anyways, I had this another plan for my bloggings. Since they had written in  the instructions, that we could write about anything, I mean, we could write articles about those cities that we’ve been, or places or experiences and stuff like that, they mentioned something about the recipes, too, and, I can say, that I’m not much of a cook or anything, but I really like to cook and bake and prepare some stuff and there are some things, that I’m really good at and, well, at least, I know the recipes and I try to prepare them, so that, even if the dish doesn’t come out as good as it’s supposed to, at least, I can share the recipe, and, maybe someone else will prepare it better tasting or something like that.

So that, I decided to have those recipes written in my articles, too, and have them saved there. You know, there are some notebook-like books and things like that, which my grandmother used to have and she has them now, too, and she has all those recipes written there and when she forgets something or has not prepared something for a long time and wants to make sure, that she is preparing them right, she just takes those books and searches for them there and reads and that’s how she prepares some stuff. So that, people used to keep those recipes in those books and they had all those collection of recipes, if you say so. And some people have those cards with the recipes and photos on the front and that’s pretty cool , too. There was this thing in Smart Supermarket, they had those cards with beautiful pictures on one side and the recipes on the other and they were pretty awesome and I would go and pick them up for myself and I have many recipes now with those cards and sometimes I prepare those stuff, you know. however, I just liked them because of their photos and that they were cards and you could put them wherever you wanted, so that now I have those cards in my kitchen wall and it’s pretty amazing, if you ask me, though my mother didn’t really like those stuff on the wall, if you want to know the truth. Well, I thought, that it was more beautiful, than the white wall, and finally she kind of agreed and we stuck those cards on that narrow wall of our kitchen and it looks pretty amazing. It’s better than that white boring wall, you know. it gives you the feeling of kitchen and the photos look great, too, of course. However, I think that this Smart Supermarket doesn’t have those cards anymore, because when I went there some time ago, they didn’t have any new cards of those recipes there, and, besides, they haven’t announced anything about those recipes for some time, so , I guess, they don’t make them anymore. And I really liked them, if you want to know the truth. I would just go all the way from here to there just to get those recipe cards, you know. well, of course, while being there, I would buy something there, too, because they have those really good prepared dishes  and tasty cakes and croissants and eclairs and stuff like that and there are always many people eating there when I visit them, so that, there are times, when there are no free tables and chairs to sit there and eat and sometimes people would just stand there nearby some tables, so that, when those people finished their eatings, they would sit there until some others came. That was especially on certain times of the day, like from 1 to 2 p.m. and from 3 to 4 p.m. I guess, well, at least, that was the usual times, when I used to be there for a couple of times and there were many people there. Those are the times of having a break at works or universities and stuff like that, you know, so that many people would go to Smart Supermarket to have a proper treat for themselves and have a seat and eat in a good conditions and not someplace else, where you get some fast food and you have to stand and eat like that in the street or wherever you can, besides that place, because that place doesn’t have any place for tables and chairs and for you to sit there and eat like a normal person. Especially, when it’s freezing outside!

So, I would have these recipes of mine, well, not actually mine, written in my articles and I would write about me preparing them and how I prepared them and people would read them and decide, whether they would like to prepare them or not and whether they would want to prepare those dishes the way that I use to prepare them, or maybe they would have their opinions about those dishes and, since I would have those ingredients and stuff written there, too, they would decide how to prepare those dishes with those ingredients. The main thing here are the amounts of the ingredients, I guess, so that you can take those amounts and decide, how you want to prepare your dishes. Well, that mainly spreads about the cooking of the dishes and not the baking, if you ask me, because baking is something different, than cooking the meals. Baking kind of needs the right amounts of ingredients and right approach and exact approach, I guess, because most of the times, if you don’t do it in the right way, you just won’t get anything good from those ingredients, trust me. There have been many incidents about that and many people know, that they should use the right amount of ingredients and not to change things in the recipe if they want to prepare that exact thing that they have the recipe for.

You know, my grandmother used to tell me, that back in those days, when someone prepared something and decided to take it to the neighbours and have them taste her making and when those neighbours asked for the recipe, they would tell them the ingredients and stuff like that, but they would leave out something, one ingredient or some small detail. Then, when that neighbor tried to prepare that thing, the dish would not come out as planned and that neighbor would tell the one who gave her that recipe, that she couldn’t prepare the dish and that lady would tell her, that, maybe she didn’t do it right, when in fact, she didn’t tell her the whole thing about preparing the dish, and so that this neighbor would think, that it was her fault, that the dish didn’t came out right. And, maybe, she wouldn’t prepare it again. And this other neighbor would feel herself the winner, just because she could prepare it and that other neighbor could not and that she would know something, that others didn’t know around her. She would be all happy because of that and stuff like that, you know. that’s really evil from a person.

Those kinds of persons should not be living and the world would be a better place then! I mean, why would you not tell someone the whole recipe? If you don’t want to, you can just tell them that you don’t want to tell them the recipe. It’s just selfish, when you want to know the recipe only for yourself and not share it with others. Well, it’s better if you don’t share it at all, than to share it without some ingredients or those little things about preparing the recipe, that are pretty important and if there are not those little things, the dish won’t come out right how it’s supposed to. Well, you can’t really do anything about those kinds of people and you just have to live up with that. However, I’m not that kind of person, and I wanted to share my recipes with other people, so that they would know, that I can cook and prepare some stuff and they would prepare some of those stuff themselves, too, and see, whether they liked them or not. And, besides, I would have a digital collection of the recipes, that I use most of the time, and if I wanted to, I could go to my blogs and search for the recipes and read them, so that I would remember the exact amounts of ingredients , that I used to prepare those dishes and stuff like that, you know. there’s this article of mine about the pizza dough, and whenever I’m preparing pizza, I use to go to that article and check whether I remember the amounts correctly or not. So that, it  was a really good idea to have all those recipes in one place and with all those pictures , too, and things like that, so that, whenever I want to, I can visit those pages and read the recipes and the preparation process and stuff like that. It’s pretty easy and efficient, and, besides, if I had them written down, then I would not have those pictures there on the paper, you know, until I had them printed out, and printing those pictures out for the recipes is not really a good idea, because it costs money and there are many pictures in those articles about the each step or whatever and, well, what I want to say, is, that it’s not that reasonable and  efficient to have the recipes written down on papers these days, when you can have them written somewhere in Internet and have access to them anywhere you go and anytime you want.

Anyways, I just want you to know, that it's always a great idea to share some of your recipes to the peopleall around the world and that's what I'm going to do mainly in these blogs, however, I will still write about some beautiful and interesting places, that I have visited or that I am going to visit, you know.
