The High Museum of Art is the best art museum in all of Atlanta. It features contemporary and historical art from all over the world. The High houses vast permanent collections and often has amazing temporary exhibits on display.

How to get free admission into the High:

1) Visit the High on the second Sunday of the month from 1-4pm. They are currently running a free admission program for all guests, and this is a great time to see the museum and take advantage of special programming.

2) If you hold a Bank of America checking or credit card account, your card gets you into the High for free any time during the first full weekend of the month.

3) If you are 19 years old or younger, you still qualify to enter the Open Studio nights at the High Museum for free! These are teen-only events, so sorry 20+ year olds. These events don't give you open access to the museum, but they do give you a great opportunity to make some art and learn from Atlanta artists.

If you aren't able to make it to one of the free museum days listed above, the current general admission price into the High Museum is $14.50.
