Before you leave...

Here's some tips for you before you end your mobility abroad:

  • Finish your paper work like Learning Agreement and so on in advance if possible, so you don't have to stress with that in the middle of packing and getting home
  • Critically evaluate how much luggage you have! Ordering an extra bag in advance can save you a lot of money in sted of paying overweight at the airport, and also save you from wearing 2 pair of jeans, 4 sweaters and a jacket..
  • Always make sure you have enough time when leaving, you never know if the bus/train is late, or something happens on the way. It might also be stressful to orientate on a airport you're not used to!
  • If you bought stuff which you don't plan on bringin back to your home country: SELL IT! Make some money by publishing it in facebook groups for example. If it's a group for foreigners you might also help someone who just moved to your city!  Or perhaps give it to your friends if you know someone who will continue to live there.
  • Leaving friends can be hard, but look at the bright side: now you have all the greatest opportunities to visit people from all over the world, maybe even with free accommodation? ;)

I wish you all the best for your travels, stay and life!
