What is it like to live in Birmingham? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Birmingham is arguably the second city of the UK. It's extreme difference in lifestyle and people makes it what it is; a great city. I would definitely recommend it as it has many cultures blended in together and the city centre is beautiful.

What is the student lifestyle like in Birmingham?

Arguably the best in the UK. All sorts of clubs for each different genre and just good vibes throughout the birmingham uni students.

How much does it cost to live in Birmingham?

Depends on what area you live in. It is cheaper than London.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Birmingham? Is there any advice you can give?

Not as difficult as it once was, as there will be a huge increase in accommodation construction in the following years.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Asian food is my favourite and they have the best Asian restaurants in the UK. It also has great European and Carribean style restaurants.

What places would you recommend visiting in Birmingham?

Everywhere, especially the small areas.

Is it good to eat out in Birmingham? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Coventry road, Soho road, Mailbox, Bullring and Star City.

Is the nightlife good in Birmingham? Where is good to go?

It is perfect for whatever scene you wish to try out. Anywhere is good.

What advice would you give future students heading to Birmingham?

Make the most of university, try new things and get out of your comfort zone.
