What is the student atmosphere like in Birmingham?

Great! A fantastic atmosphere on Broad Street. Lots of young people. Very cool.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Birmingham to other students?

Yes, definitely!

The school is fantastic and there are many advantages for students. The city is great, especially with the Bullring.

What is the food like in this country?

The food is not that great, but there are many supermarkets where you can do your shopping!

The easiest way is to cook for yourself.

How did you find your accommodation?

Reall good! The 'Maltings' halls is the best! Bar One, the small shop, and the gym are really good! There is also a great atmosphere.

What is the price of accommodation like? And prices in general?

The halls 'Maltings' costs £85 a week.

What is learning the language like? Are there courses organised by the university?

The language courses are very good and you can choose different modules depending on what you want to learn!

What is the best way, economically, to get to Birmingham from your hometown?

The cheapest way is with the bus from Paris to Birmingham!

There is also the Eurostar.

Where would you recommend going to party in Birmingham?

On Broad street there are loads of places to party!

  • Gatecrasher;
  • Risa;
  • Rococco;
  • Lloyds Bar and many others.

And for food in Birmingham? What are your favourite places?

In general, you eat lunch at the school as the canteen is pretty nice!

And what cultural sights would you recommend?

  • Cadbury World is really great.
  • Warwick Castle.
  • Oxford and Manchester are also must-visit cities.
