The curious case of Europe

I spend near two mount, in Europe, near 16 days in Vienna, 4 days in Venice, about 28 days in Munich one day in Schtuttgart and 4 days in Berlin. Ofcourse as a traveller everything could be new and fantastic, but I wasnt one hundered persent a turist, I have also attended a short intensive course in Germany, to discove more about this country and this countinent. My story has started from Vienna, raised in Venice , countinued in Munich and end in Berlin, but I think half of my attentions stil stayed in Berlin.

In one hand, I cant express my truest feeling about this city, although it wasnt the most beautiful the oldest the most picturesqu or cleanest one, I found this city wonderful.I myself dont know why? I have visited meuseums, churches, bridges, university, monument, the parlemant building, many modern buildings and towers and so on but the thing that was relly impressive, was the Berliner Maure and the remain of the well-known Berlin wall. The story behind this wall and all those people who has killed near this wall and also all the movements for independency which have leaded at the end to reunification of west and east part of Berlin, sounds great. Unlike most of the landmarked building and side seeing constructions in Europe this ugly concrete construction belonged to the people, it contains the history of ordinariness, which have suffered from the side effects of the war however they didint take part in any battles, it was the battles of the last generations the battles of their fathers but they heritaged the seprations, wall and boarders. I saw an old picture which belongs to the 3rd of the October of the 1990, that people celebrated the unification of the Berlin in front of the Berndenburger Gate,I saw the happiness and also the sorrow in their eyes at the same time, I must confess I had some sympathy with theme and understood them, when there is a wall and border and you must staye and wait other side of the border. I myself encounter with borders and distraction. Thanks to visa issue , traveling around the world seems impossible or extremely difficult, when I was 20 I had a plan to travel around world especially Europe,( as matters of fact it was my childhood dream) but I couldnt, after seven years waiting, finally I done it.

In the other hand, before travelling Europe I had no plan to travel to Berlin, I had financial problem and time issue as well, but an intressting point caused and persuaded me to change my mind , the intressting fact is that my birthday was exactly at the 3rd of October of 1990, I discovered this fact by chance so it was intressing enought to changed my plen. However at first I have decided to visite Berlin this year at the first days of October just only for sake of curiosity, but after I travelled Berlin I was indescribable ecstatic.

In my view a great feature about Berlin which makes it stand out amonge other european cities is that, Berlin is a kind of multicultural and multinational mega city, which it is open to modern art and architecture.the obvious thing in Berlin is that, the modern constructions build exactly along or next to the old buildings even the historical manuments, and the point is that it, not only it's not annoying but also its kind of harmonic and reminds me the popular shots in cinema and photography.

By and large, Berlin has conformist and modern spirit, like a middle age master which is open to the new movements and familier with new people, unlike its weather and the German people, Berlin is warm and in some way welcome.

To sum up, Traveling alone for a girl that come from middle east its not easy,I knew no one there and in Europe its not easy to make friendship, but if asking me are you going to travel to Europe again especially Berlin, im answering yes I will ! and next time I try to go deeper and find more about them
