Why did you choose to go to Berlin, Germany?

I was not about Berlin, it was about the opportunities that you can find here. What waa great, because I came without any kind of expectations or knowledge about Berlin and it really blows my mind!

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It was one year internship, with a Bayer grant. I am a biochemistry and it was for a research project in a lab

What is the student lifestyle like in Berlin?

I was not a real student when I arrive, more like a worker. Now I have started a master here and I can say that depends of you, it could be tough or not, depending if you are involved but in general student really enjoy their time here, because of the quality of the universities and because you really can find everthing you want here in Berlin.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Berlin to other students?

Yessss

What is the food like?

Lets say that food is not their main advantage

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Berlin?

Sadly it is really difficult to fibd a place, mainly if you look for a WG, but there are student apartment that are quite cheap.

How much does it cost to live in Berlin?

You will need around 600 to live here, maybe less if you live in a student aparment or you are lucky and find a very cheap place.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Lot of courses, that you will need cause German is not easy at all

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Berlin from your city?

Flight

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Berlin?
