What is it like to live in Berlin? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

In Berlin are so many people from all over the world. The mixture of so many different cultures and the german history is very interesting and I've learned a lot.

What is the student lifestyle like in Berlin?

I'm studying art and Berlin is maybe the best place in Germany to study something creative, because there are so many different kind of art, exhibitions, street artists and galleries. There are no boundaries and I got inspired so much.

How much does it cost to live in Berlin?

It is cheaper than for example in Hamburg but a WG room can be between 350€ and 550€.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Berlin? Is there any advice you can give?

Depends how much you strain and if your research is intense.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You can basically get any kind of food.

Is the nightlife good in Berlin? Where is good to go?

It is very good. Where to go depends on what kind of music you like. I like the Sysiphos a lot.

What advice would you give future students heading to Berlin?

Be open and try out everything you can do.
