Why did you choose to go to Berlin, Germany?

It was a last minute decision. One of these you make with your heart with no obvious reason.
Ok, and now the realistic version: my german was too poor. I wanted to experiance big multi cultural city, where i could make it with english at the very beginning..

What is the student lifestyle like in Berlin?

It's fantastic.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Berlin to other students?

The city- yes, to 100%.
Which Univesity? There are so many....

What is the food like?

Here you get EVERYthing!
You have asian, east european, turkish, indian, mc donalds :) .....
And.... as a vegetarian here you are in the paradise ! All around veggi stuff, restaurants...
It's really the vegetarian capital :)

How much does it cost to live in Berlin?

It's different. From 200 eur/month to 700 eur/month.
Tipp: the prices are getting at the moment (really fast) higher.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available in the University?

Yes, there are courses. The laguage is easy to learn, as long as you don't stay only with erasmus people or people from your own country.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Berlin from your city?

Airplane

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Berlin?

They are endless number.
Try with the one on your street and continue in random direction.

Is there any other advice that you could give to future students who are going to Berlin?

Jump into it. You won't regret it!
