If you want to get away from Language bullshit and want Pro-English atmosphere, go for Sweden/Denmark, Holland/ Norway

Not at all easy, language courses are free for the first level and than you've to pay 350 Euros/month

Avoid to study in English in Germany if you don't speak very fluent German, It's a nightmare
