Why did you choose to go to Berlin, Germany?

I didn't choose it as a first option. However, once the option was given to me and after doing a research about Germany and the city I discovered what a great option was, because of the Berlin´s cultural movement, the different style of life even being Europe and for being the main european capital right now.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

From January to the end of May

What is the student lifestyle like in Berlin?

Pretty similar to Spain. Perhaps more surrounded by cultural activities and practical exercise

Would you recommend the city and the University of Berlin to other students?

Totally

What is the food like?

Berlin is well-known for the fast food (as currywurst or kebabs) The international food is more common that I expected

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Berlin?

It was my hardest issue

How much does it cost to live in Berlin?

Similar to Madrid and lower than others europeans capitals as Paris or London

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I don't find it easy, anyway the University spends three hours peer week to teach us

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Berlin from your city?

By plan, being organized

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Berlin?

Berlin's techno clubs are the best ones on the worlds. The most popular one are: Kater-Bleu, Berghain or Kosmonaut. Anyway, it is not esay to go into them.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Berlin?

Kebabs were invented in Berlin and the most famous one is the Mustafa Kebab. To eat cheap and well in Berlin is very simple.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Museums, galleries and, surprising, parks during Sundays are a explosion of cultural demonstrations

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Berlin in the future?

To visit abandoned places. It's free, funny and you can realize how fast has Berlin changed
