u can find cheap places of all kinds, and very expensive ones too. its a small and rather fun city

not hard at all. there a lot of places in Hamra and Sadat street

excellent excellent lebanese food.very much recommended

hamra, mar mekhael streets are my favorite.

mar mekhael and hamra as well are very nice areas, easy to reach, and have cheap pubs

What advice would you give future students heading to Beirut?

dont stay very late in non crowded streets.
