Im Lebanese and i the university i attend is in beirut

It depends on each student case.

What is the student lifestyle like in Beirut?

I can't really explain it because of covid and all the lockdowns wo i didn't experience all the fun and the life in there

Would you recommend the city and the University of Beirut to other students?

Yes of course

What is the food like?

Delicious and varied

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Beirut?

No there's actually a kot of appartments, dorms and studios to rent for students

How much does it cost to live in Beirut?

I depends on where you choose to live

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Yeah sure u can take whatever language course to help you and in beirut most of the people speak French and English fluently

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Beirut from your city?

I usually take a taxi and i have a dorm there

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Beirut?

I don't really know because i didn't have the chance to go to party dur to covid and the lockdowns

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Beirut?

All ghe restaurants are amazing but like i said i didn't try any because of the lockdown. Sure you can find McDonald's and BK and KFC

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Beirut in the future?

Have fun! And be careful. Don't go on night walks if you are alone. But beside of this it will be an amazing experience
