What is it like to live in Beirut? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

If you want to party then go to beirut, the people are very welcoming, the food is great and the vibes are positive. You should know that beirut is an expensive city overall unless you go to low maintenance places. You'll have a great time I can guarantee it.

What is the student lifestyle like in Beirut?

Student lifestyle is a little boring, you should know with which kind of people to hang out, they are the ones who can give you a real perspective of the city.

How much does it cost to live in Beirut?

It is expensive I'm not going to lie. But with the right people and the right places you'll manage it.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Beirut? Is there any advice you can give?

All I can tell, is that the best way o find accommodation is by being there and walking on the streets. There are many brochures and flyers hanged on walls.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

You have a variety of food , from Japanese to Italian to Lebanese to Armenian , beirut is well knowed for its restaurants and great dishes.

What places would you recommend visiting in Beirut?

You should go to the mountains, and to the south as well its not too far from the center but you'll need a car.

Is it good to eat out in Beirut? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Is the nightlife good in Beirut? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is the best! Lebanese love to party, they would do it everyday if they could.

What advice would you give future students heading to Beirut?

People are nice there try to make friends and take your time to know people better.
Be open to their culture and values.
Lebanese are very friendly helpful and kind.
