this is easy, all you need to do is look online, and preferably ask a local who lives there, beware the property agents, sometimes they have some bad surprises.

Lebanese are outgoing, warm, fun, have good food, wonderful nightlife, bad timing - not punctual, can get along with anything. Enjoy the stay, and make an effort to explore places outside Beirut, there are plenty of places
