for every lifestyle or for every characters there something. whether your are a party student and intellectual person and art person,religious....there is a diversity of zones and different style of areas

How much does it cost to live in Beirut?

it costs like Milan. single room minimum 350$ , bed 200$ minimum. transportation is cheaper and easier due to small distances between areas. if you shop and eat from the cheap areas you will economize a lot.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Beirut? Is there any advice you can give?

it is not difficult , there is always something to find. but maybe it is difficult exactly what you want.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

if you shop and eat from the cheap areas ( not Hamra , not Achrafieh) you will economize a lot. lebanese food is great , especially grills (mashewi) and Lebanese salad (fattouch) and hommos and it is healthier than western dishes

hamra,achrafieh,malls in dbayyeh,tripoli mina,jbeil,gemmayze,tripoli souks,....
