it was diferent and interesting to try diferent lifestyle

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

i went there for 3 months and received 499 euro of erasmus scolarship.

What is the student lifestyle like in Bacau?

there is no ESN that can help you meetnig new people so you have to do it on your own.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Bacau to other students?

i went to George Bacovia Private university and i would recomend it to everyone! perfect profesors and students are extra helpfull

What is the food like?

Food is amazing! I live in Adriatic sea, and gastronomy is totaly diferent but tasty

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Bacau?

no,my profesor organised room in dormitory for us

How much does it cost to live in Bacau?

it is exra cheap! we spend 500-600 Euro /month but we traveled a lot, eat in restaurants, lot of shopping,

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

iF you know italian you can understand something. We had private language course in George Bacovia University

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Bacau from your city?

Plain to BUCHAREST and train to Bacau

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Bacau?

Burbon karaoke night :)

cheap- Subway, good food - Arena centar

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Isola de agreement, Park Cancicov, not to much to see, but if you go outside the city you will see a lot of things.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Bacau in the future?

do not be scared of dogs on the street they are very nice but dont try to pet them! Give them some food :)
