What is it like to live in Austin? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Austin is a very liberal city, which attracts more than 100 people move in every day. It is one of the most innovative and energetic city in the US. Lots of art related stuff. Besides that, it gets a good combination between American and Mexico. It is environmental friendly, as well as vegetarian friendly. By the way, the food here is awesome, you can basically get everything you want. Only thing I do not like, is the very unstable weather, like a moody girl. Be prepare for today wearing shorts, tomorrow wearing sweater and boots.

No. There are lots of coop houses and student dorm you can apply, like the The Castilian. Also lots of apartments around the campus area.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is very diverse and vegetarian friendly. You can find almost every type of food. My favorite from here is BBQ of course.

What places would you recommend visiting in Austin?

The Lady bird Lake, Barton Springs pool and lady bird Johnson wildflower center.

Yes. On Av. Guadalupe and South Congress and in the north of Austin, there are lots. You can try to use Yelp!

Be prepare for its very unstable weather, and the heat in summer time!
