Life is nice, it’s a very sporty city, so I would recommend it for people that like to be outdoors!

Generally speaking, the cost of living is expensive.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Annecy? Do you have any advice to give?

Having left Annecy at the end of high school, I can’t really answer this question. But it’s easiest to call an estate agency to be sure!

How is the food? What are your favorite dishes?

The food? It's very gourmet! My favorite dishes here are: la tomme blanche cheese, raclette, diots (Savoyard sausage), tartiflette…

Be careful not to put on a few extra kilos :)

What places should you visit in Annecy?

You should walk around Annecy, go hiking in the mountains, cycle around the lake, go skiing in winter…

What is the nightlife like in Annecy? Where should you go?

The nightlife in Annecy isn’t the most exciting, in my opinion. There are a few nightclubs with different styles of music, as for bars they (mostly) close at 1am in the morning.

What advice would you give to students who are leaving for Annecy soon?

Make the most of the outdoors!
